Sparkles Cleaning Agency takes the safety of our staff and clients very seriously. Challenging times such as these mean we need to be even more aware and careful to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our staff and clients.
The Sparkles team will ensure they sanitise their hands before, during and after every job as well as practicing excellent hygiene practices.
Any staff member who exhibits cold or flu like symptoms are being asked to stay home until they are cleared by a medical practitioner.
Sparkles Cleaning will now screen potential clients to determine if they have travelled outside of Australia in the last 14 days, or, have come into contact with anyone with a confirmed case of Coronavirus.
We have asked current clients to wait 14 days for their next service if they have been overseas or can be cleared by a doctor if they have been in contact with anyone that has Coronavirus or conduct self isolation procedures.
We need your assistance, if you or anyone you know have cold or flu symptoms, please postpone your service with us until you have been cleared by a medical practitioner. Please use the best of common sense, take warnings and procedures seriously and take care of one another!
